Why Crawley Bible Club?
Crawley
Bible Club is run by Christians from the Gospel Hall here in Crawley.
As
the name suggests, the Bible is
central to all that we will be doing each week. This is because we believe what
the Bible teaches; we find it an exciting book and want to share it with other
people. Please be assured that we will not be imposing any denominational
teaching on the children, but sharing with them our love for this truly amazing
book.
The
songs that we will sing, the games and quizzes we will play and the stories we
will tell the children will all be based around the Bible. (We are aware that
some people today may not have their own Bible to read and would be delighted to
give you a copy. Please just ask any of the helpers here at Crawley Bible Club.)
Each
week we will be helping the children to remember one verse from the Bible. These
will be brought home on the “Verses Key Ring” and the children can gain
prizes for reciting them the following week. Many people today, including both
adults and children, are missing out because they do not know what the Bible
shows to us about God and the way that we can know Him personally.
If
you have any questions about the Bible verses, songs, stories or other aspects
of Crawley Bible Club then please do not hesitate to ask. It is our aim to share
with people of all ages the fantastic difference the Bible has made to our
lives. Through it we have all come to know God and His Son, Jesus Christ, as our
Saviour and Lord.
